Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mad Minimalist. Every piece is cut and sewn in Tiruppur and packed in paper. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

1. Where we ship
We ship within India only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes, so please give a full street address.

2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days. This covers order verification, quality checks and packing.

3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days. Some remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout. You will see the exact charge before you pay. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

6. Delays
We work to meet these timelines. Weather, courier delays and other events outside our
control can occasionally slow a delivery. If your order is late, write to us and we will follow it up.

7. Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Refund policy.
