At Mad Minimalist, our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you need a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the steps below.

Returns

Here’s What to Do:

1. Initiate Your Return:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery with a valid reason by emailing our customer care team.

2. Send It Back:
Once your return is approved, securely pack and ship the item to us within 7 days.

3. Inspection & Refund:
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Note: Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Return Conditions

  • For reasons of hygiene, undergarments and innerwear are excluded from returns and exchanges.

  • Due to hygiene safety, innerwear is strictly non-returnable.

  • Items customized, personalized, or altered cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

  • Customized, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Worn or used garments will not be accepted.

  • Limited-access items (Category 5B) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description before purchasing.

Extra Security

To ensure a smooth return process, please email us a short video of you opening the parcel upon delivery. This helps us verify product condition in case of transit damage or missing items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • Items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.

  • If there’s a difference in price, it will be issued as a redeemable gift card or coupon code.

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.

Orders typically ship within 10–12 working days.
