Returns & Exchanges – Mad Minimalist

At Mad Minimalist, our goal is to exceed your expectations. If you need a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the steps below.

Returns

Here’s what to do:

  • Initiate your return: Notify us within 3 days of delivery with a valid reason by emailing our customer care team.

  • Send it back: Once your return is approved, securely pack and ship the item to us within 7 days.

  • Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

💡 Note: Depending on your bank, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account.

Return Conditions:

  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Customized, personalized, or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Worn or used garments will not be accepted.

Extra Security:
To ensure a smooth return process, please email us a short video of you opening the parcel upon delivery.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • Items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.

  • Limited-access items (category 5b) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Check product descriptions for details.

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.

  • If there’s a difference in price, it will be issued as a redeemable gift card or coupon code.

🔄 Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Timeline:
Orders typically ship within 10–12 working days. Customized products may take longer.
